The host's attentive service and guidance were invaluable.
I found the bus system a bit complicated, and the lack of guidance from the hotel made it difficult to navigate. Although I appreciated the quiet residential area, it felt somewhat removed from the vibrant parts of the city. I expected more modern amenities in my room given the price.

Had clean room with a very comfortable bed, garden, as for instance for an absolutely amazing stay. There were an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware too.

Our experience here was wonderful! We were there for 2 days, everything was really good, truly enjoyed its marvellous location just next door to the big supermarket, and the beach, beach bars and the big supermarket.

I spent 5 nights here while exploring the incredible Diocletian's Palace and enjoyed the peace away from the busier parts of Split. The pool area was a true highlight, providing a relaxing spot after a day of sightseeing, and I loved the proximity to Znjan City Beach for some sun and sea. Sandra's warm hospitality made me feel right at home, especially when she allowed me to check in early!

Sandra, the host, was friendly and provided useful local tips. The apartment felt very secure and clean throughout my stay. Easy access to Ubers made getting into town easy, costing just about 6-7 Euros. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool view from my studio.
Some amenities could use a bit of updating.

I loved that it was a short walk of about 500 meters to Znjan City Beach and just under 2 km to the fine Diocletian's Palace. The friendly host.
